Expert Panel

The British Polio Fellowship’s Expert Panel assists the Trustees and Management to steer the organisation forward, advises on research and medical topics, underpins the work of the Fellowship and broadens awareness.
The group of "experts" includes consultants and health professionals from a variety of fields who interact with people with polio.
The panel meets several times a year in London.

The Panel members are:
Professor James McKillop (Chairman) Muirhead Professor of Medicine and Executive Dean of Medicine at the University of Glasgow; Honorary Consultant Physician with NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde; member of the General Medical Council
Dr Steve Sturman MBChB (hons), FRCP Consultant in Neurology & Rehabilitation Medicine, City Hospital, Birmingham
Dr Craig Davidson Consultant Physician & Director of the Lane Fox Respiratory Unit, London
