The Bulletin covers a vast range of topics, from clinical information on polio and Post Polio Syndrome to a light-hearted look at life in general. It carries news and information on benefits, welfare and other social issues, as well as details of fundraising and the wider disability network. Above all it belongs to the readers, with plenty of letters, news from the regions and branches, and tales of people's lives.

In survey after survey, members report that receiving The Bulletin is the key benefit of membership, and helps them to really feel a part of the Fellowship.
