How your donation is spent

The British Polio Fellowship is the only charity offering support to people with polio across the UK and receives no government or local > authority funding for its core work whatsoever.

We offer people living with the effects of polio:

• Information on all aspects of living with polio including welfare benefits
   
• Social support through our nationwide branch and group network and central office
   
• An advocacy service
   
• Grants to provide practical assistance to those most in need
   
• Accessible and affordable holiday accommodation
   
• Communication and information through our bi-monthly magazine and website
   
• The Fellowship campaigns for the rights and needs of people with polio
