The British Polio Fellowship exhibited at the last BAPO Conference on the year, held at the Scottish Exhibition Centre in Glasgow on Friday, 21 November.

This year’s British Prosthetics and Orthotics (BAPO) conference in Scotland offered an exciting programme of inspiring keynote speakers, informative presentations, and a selection of poster displays.

Frances Quinn, Trustee and polio survivor, along with Carol Levin, Communications and Information Manager from The British Polio Fellowship, exhibited at the conference. Their aim being to explain the impact of polio and post-polio syndrome on survivors, and highlight the BPF's Optimal Clinical Pathway, to professionals and students in the field of orthotics.

"This was a unique opportunity to raise awareness and understanding among orthotists. We're very grateful to BAPO for inviting us to exhibit at the event and enjoyed the opportunity of speaking to so many interested orthotists, all in one day" commented Levin.
